... are a lazy way to "report" survey results. I really wish someone in my company didn't have such a hard-on for them. They are completely inactionable, opaque and cryptic.

They could be a good top layer visual, if you had click-through capabilities built in.

My company likes them too for some reason. It's just a useless metric like most of the other ones we have. ("Look at all the words we know!")
