I am looking for some sort of app that will let me move some files out of the Gallery and put them in a secure gallery style object, are there any apps that will do that? Like a secure locker/secure folder, etc.?

I'm not really sure I understand your question.

Could you elaborate on what you mean by 'secure gallery style object'?

Are the files you are trying to secure physically on the device?

I haven't researched it, but I don't think you going to find anything better than 'password security' on anything based on your smartphone.

There isn't much you can do to prevent someone from getting access to your local files if they have access to the device.

And just as notable, there isn't much you can do to prevent an app with storage access from getting access to your local files. That's what that permission is for in the first place.
