I tripped across this the other day and then heard more on The Story on NPR.

Holly is an ASL interpreter that specialized in music shows. There's been a viral video going around on her performance at a recent Wu Tang Clan concert. Her work is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend listening to her interview on The Story as she goes into some detail on how she prepares for a show.
