We just had a color blindness test in another thread. That is NOT Sea Foam Green (it's TEAL!! "Alternate Home Uniform").

I'm not 100%, but I believe the starting pitcher (Joe Saunders Aaron Harang in this case) gets to choose the uniform color.

Since I am color blind I googled Teal versus Sea-Foam. Turns out the prevalent theory is that they are the same color.

Sea Foam Green was the pasty mint green the Air Force used to paint the interior of the C-130s I spent several years living inside of in the 1980s...

Yeah the wheels are off this choo-choo. Not sure why we are slipping into a third consecutive 2nd half slump since we have a new manager and pretty much an entirely new team. Must be the Curse of Wahoo.

Scheppers, 26, has an impressive 1.74 ERA and 1.07 WHIP in 46 2/3 innings of relief this season.

“The preliminary investigation reveals that on Friday, July 26, at approximately 2:30 a.m. Texas Ranger pitcher Tanner Scheppers was involved in a physical altercation at Panini’s Bar located on W. 6th Street. Further investigation reveals that the altercation was called in by Downtown Alliance workers and that Third District officers responded to the scene to investigate. Once on scene officers attempted to get information from Scheppers for a report however, he refused to provide information and refused to make a police report. Further, officers called for EMS and he refused medical attention and EMS was disregarded. The officers then conveyed Scheppers and another male to the Ranger’s team hotel.”

Brendan Ryan has ridiculous range at Short Stop...

Ends up on the right field lawn (from Short Stop) making what will be his last great defensive gem as a Mariner.

He won't be eligible for the post season roster, but the Yankees fans will enjoy watching him while jeter heals up.
