I have a hard time taking soccer seriously because of the fake injuries and stalling. It's almost like WWE or something.

I realize it's difficult for the referees to see everything, so it can't really be enforced in real-time, but every time a player takes a dive to attempt to draw a penalty, or to stall the game, there needs to be some kind of serious repercussions. Fines, sanctions, bannings, etc...

It compromises the integrity of the game too much as it is...

I don't see how you can take this **** seriously when stuff like what happens around the 5:39 mark goes down. I mean, really? Really? Holy **** ****.

That player should be banned for 5 years and fined 5 years salary as well, for a total of 10 years worth of salary penalty.

The problem is that referees are still reacting to downed players without even having seen any contact.
