No, posting here isn't as satisfying or able to relieve the frustration of trying to explain the same thing over and over to a superior who still believes that how she did things ten years ago on a pre-Windows XP (I think 2000) machine should remain unchanged and the old commands should still work.

She can't find the defragmentation application (Dept. IT keeps that locked down.) and doesn't listen to a thing I say after coming to me for help. She's torturing me on purpose, I swear. She thinks my new standard answer of "I don't know, put in a help ticket"'is me not being a team player. Fifteen minutes to go today.

Now imagine a deep baritone primal scream escaping my throat, which will probably happen once I get home.
