WTF is wrong with Indians fans? They are in contention, and still have one of the lowest home attendance in MLB?

Who do you think you are? The Mariners?

Baby only needs to touch fire once to stay away from the flames. Indian fans should all be in a burn ward.

^ That. We drew 21k last night and have sold over 20k so far for tonight (which is our last regular season home game). We will see.

Edit: Cleveland fans should all be in a burn ward.

It's like a movie starring Charlie Sheen.

With Miggy all fubar, I can't see us getting past Oakland. I almost wish we had just gone in as a wild card.

No way, it's our turn to steamroll Boston!

I dunno, I have trouble seeing Boston getting steamrolled.

I'm thinking Boston vs. St. Louis, as much as I'd like to see the Dodgers go.

Naw, today people are complaining about the lineup Francona trotted out (not our best). But realistically everyone knows we still need a legit powerhitter in the middle of the lineup and a closer.

These have all been great games. Even the NLDS games were pretty good, especially Game 2 (I think, last Saturday) of OAK-DET.

On a personal note, I feel like I'm really missing something by not being at Dodger Stadium for at least one of these games. I went to one each in the DS and CS in 2008 and 2009, and it was an unbelievably cool atmosphere.

That first game was brutal as a Sox fan, but incredible as a baseball fan. Sanchez was incredible.

Game 2 may well be the best game I've ever seen as both, however.

Either way it goes, it has been a good series. Not looking good for Detroit right now.

Best 6 games of baseball I've ever seen. Great Series, and best of luck to you next year, sir.

For the first time in my life I rooted for an American League team in the World Series, only because it was Boston. The Boston Red Sox sent my Dad a letter inviting him to spring training many, many, many years ago. Unfortunately it was in the early 50's, he was in the Navy on a supply ship during the Korean War and he had a pregnant wife at home. I'm sorry Dad, you missed your opportunity to play baseball because of me, but you excelled as a father and husband! :)
