After a few years Microsoft has decided my gamertag on XBL is noe a TOS violation (it was taintpudding). I discover this when I log into my Xbox One and get a message that my tag was a violation and I am now RadiantPup because apparently I am now an 8 year old girl. However I can change it to something else by going to my profile.

Dammit.

So I go to my profile and enter TaintPudding which passes screening again and to complete the change I just have to allow a one time charge of $10.

****!?

So I call MS support and am immediately asked to hold while they research my issue, wait says I. You don't have my name, account name or gamertag but you are going to put me on hold to research my issue?

Yep.

Comes back gets my info and escalated my issue.
