Yeah, the www.gamer.nl site they reference is in Dutch, and the main page also has some numbers with commas where we would expect periods. Must be a Netherlands thing.

If I pay for a game, I am going to finish it. Who doesn't do that??

Yup - I usually play games on easy mode because I just want to experience the entire game.
Although, I'm in that 4.9% that finished F:NV on Hardcore mode. It just seemed to be the 'right' way to play.

I was totally a part of your club, until the Humble bundles. Now I have a lot of games I'll likely never have time to play.

I have a bad habit of not finishing RPGs, no matter how well I like them. I also have bought publisher packs or similar bundles just because it was worth it for a few of the games that the bundle contained, but I have never touched many of the tag-a-long games that are sitting in my Steam library.

Yep, this. Also, I frequently get bored of a game before I finish it, because (especially RPGs) have gotten it into their heads that play length is more important than an engaging difficulty curve or interesting evolution in gameplay options as you advance. Games that know how to pace their story (and write well) are the most common exceptions.

There's a reason Tomb Raider 2013 has the completion rate it does.

Also, what the hell? I'm annoyed I missed out on Deadpool. I was waiting for a modest price drop, and now I've missed it entirely? Boo.

I have quit on I think one game ever. I don't recall exactly what it was but I was in a shopping mall full of zombies and I got so burned out making weird weapons and mowing down zombies that I became sick of the concept without actually finishing the game... Oh and I never beat Battle Toads for the NES lol

Bah. The jetbikes!

I was actually able to complete that level back in 1991 or '92, without cheating. It took many deaths and I don't think I've moved the directional pad up and down as fast in my life before (or since). But, I died and lost my last life on the level after that. I said "Screw this!" and never touched the game again.
