It comes wrapped in a new house. Upgrade from current 3 bed, 1650 ft^2 that we are rapidly outgrowing as the kids are getting bigger, to a 5 bed, 3100 ft^2. Current owners have a wet bar/billiards room and we asked for them to leave everything...and they did. Close in a couple weeks. Will be house poor for a year or two, but the timing is right.

Must be home buying season here at The Glade.
