Not criticizing for not copying the text, but an indication of what the op-ed is about would generally be helpful. ;)

It's illustrating a point using the Flint water crisis. It's written by a black man who professes to be addressing "white people" (and in some respects is) but there's an underlying message as well to blacks and the Left saying, basically "stop calling poverty issues racial issues when they clearly are not."

It's particularly good because it makes its points in a singularly un-antagonistic fashion to either side of the issue.
