Since hellfire is out of service until further notice. I've decided to post some face palm worthy moments from my work to keep you guys entertained. I'm in the regulation department for a pharm company and take compliance calls, complaints on products, as well as any concerns or issues customers may have with our products. We mainly do cold and flu type products, but we also dab into other interesting areas.

1) Regardless of what the discovery channel tell you. Cough medicines labelled Oral, should not be injected the other way. No I will not replace your blunt syringe; no you should probably throw it away; no your 10 month old will not need emergency hospital care because of this mistake. Yes we will review our Oral products to ensure we place some kinda warning. (right behind the “Don’t buy this if you’re stupid”)

2) The correct procedure to test a personal lubricant is BEFORE you get on the internet and start with the fap faping. If this happens, don’t call me, get an ambulance… really.

3) Sleeping tablets that are 4 years over expiry will not make you sleepy. No, not even a little bit.

4) Getting high is fine, calling me to tell me your high amuses me. Asking me which ingredient you should be buying on a recorded phone line will result in a hang up.

5) Worming your pet should not be the basis for a human worming program. No I will not take this to the authorities.

That’s just a couple of the ones last week >.< One day I’m gonna find a job where I don’t have to talk to the general public.

When I worked customer service I had people call in several times asking for lower cell phone, utility and cable bills.

Despite the fact that all of our recordings stated you were calling ABC Company (who was not involved with any of those industries). Sometimes after explaining to them that we don't provide you with your water and therefore have nothing to do with your water bill they would insist on speaking to a supervisor because we just didn't get it.
