My company levelled raises at a flat 2% last year. There was much complaining that there was no incentive to excel, they modified it for this year.

Now, if you approach god-like mastery, you may be able to score 2.75% :roll: But you'll still get 2% just for showing up. /shakes fist

Thankfully, that additional 50% is worth the stress this move is causing, and living in south Florida will be awesome. :D The movers arrive in the morning, and we're soooooo not ready yet.
