Local independent gym. My chiropractor goes there and encouraged me to come out and take a look. It isn't a large place, but it is 24/7, has a lot of modern equipment, and amusingly, one of the ladies I used to work with has a part time job there. Talked with her more last night than I talked with her in the whole 14 years we worked in the same building, of course most of it was giving me the pitch to join.

I go in tomorrow for orientation, then I'll let you know what they start me at.

I went in for orientation today, actually received a very thorough walk through and an interview on my goals, health, and diet. This gym (three years old) seems to be on the up and up, and the owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant.

I think I'm going to like it there.
