iPhone 3G. I love this thing. I'll be looking to upgrade to whatever is the latest iteration of the iPhone when my contract's up next January.

Which cell phone do I use?

iPhone 3GS (x 2, wife has one as well)

I had original iPhone (wife stole it because she wanted/needed it more)
I got the 3G ~2 weeks after it came out (waited in line 5.5 hours for it!)
She lost the original iPhone (remote wiped, someone is likely using as an iPod Touch) 6/20/2009
I stood in line and got her a 3GS on day 2 of 3GS (~45 minutes)
I got a 3GS for being a good guy later on (and sold my 3G for $250 to someone ~ Christmas)

I just recently came into possession of a Nexus One, along with the Car Dock, and Desk Cradle.

I'm pondering putting cyanogen 5 on it, but haven't decided it's worth voiding my warranty yet. :P

I just bought a 16gb 3GS and sent the nuvifone g60 back. I had to add a data plan with it so I might as well get a good phone. Lovin it so far. I just need to find a password storage app.

I got one last Friday. I'm loving it. Its pretty fast (for a phone). My wife got the Moto-Droid at the same time so I've been able to compare. I think some of the UI/features that HTC has built in are a little more slick than on the Motorola, but it's nothing for Moto users to cry about. The on-screen keyboard is good; I rarely typo at reasonable speeds.

Calls sound good so far. My only quibble is battery life. I've been getting about 8 hours on a full charge, but I have been playing with it a LOT during those hours, usually.

I have no idea. I just know it's way too fancy for my tastes :(

Blackberry Curve 8330. No idea how much it costs, work pays for it. It's decent, but the service sucks since we switched from AT&T to Verizon.

If I were going to buy a cell phone... oh wait, I wouldn't buy a cell phone. Why do I want to pay money so people can bother me?!?!

I really wanted to try the Nexus One, but until it is offered with a contract, I will not pay retail for it since half of the data plan price subsidizes the hardware and I'm not going to get doubled up on. I doubt ATT will risk their Apple contract by selling the Nexus One unless Verizon somehow gets an iPhone as well.

Acer, Dell, Samsung and LG are all set to release Droid OS phones with Android 2.1 (Eclair) this year. I feel once android is refined enough, it will destroy the iPhone. That is my hope, because while I like my 3GS, I'm not stupid enough to believe that open-ended development can't produce a better product.

Once Android is refined enough and the app market becomes larger, I hope they destroy Apple.
