 Post subject: Significant back injury

won't get better. tried to train through it - no way. went to the doctor today, got xrays. don't know the results yet, but at a minimum i'm looking at 6 weeks of physical therapy.

wow man, these types of injuries suck. best of luck to you....take it easy, don't push yourself even for 1 second, it'll just add weeks to your recovery time.

Woot! No breaks or spinal damage that, at least, is visible on an X-ray.

Physical therapy and I should be GTG.
