Seriously, who gets out of a car like that? Half her body is above the front windshield, and her rear is sitting on the top of the front seat. Wearing no underwear in a short skirt/dress.....with lots of photographers there........Um, yeah. This was no "oops" moment on her part, sorry.

Nah, I think her father has every right to be pissed; he has no right to be surprised. The problem here is that the consequence of her action is a foregone conclusion. She chose to dress that way. She chose to wear a skirt that short. She chose to get out of the car in a manner that wasn't exactly proper.
