Sweet Baby Ray's is just that...sweet... in fact too sweet!!
We prefer a mix of KC Masterpiece Original and Woodies Cooking Sauce. The KC's is just the right mix of sweet and tangy, and the Woodies has just the right amount of tang and smokey flavor. Woodies is hard to come by though, so we cherish it when we find it!
There is nothing Masterful about KC Masterpiece. Order some sauce from Gates, Arthur Bryant's or even Fiorella's (though I don't think they are as good as the other two) which are better takes on the Ketchup based style. I haven't had Big T's, but I heard they're good and you'll have to go there since they don't ship their sauces that I know of.
