I hate it when your stomach hurts all day so you go pop a squidgy Screeling and you know there is more in there but your intestine needs time to catch up. So you are faced with the dilemma of sitting there waiting (could be 5 mins, could be an hour) or going about your business with the promise that you shall return.

Why is this even a freaking dilemma? The fact that emulators have save-states, you can't just use the excuse of trying to reach the next save point anymore. You should be happy that you have a real reason to hang out on the crapper that long.
