If you want to get a <gladeuser>@gladerebooted.org email address, let me know. I just need the username you want to use. I'll give you a temporary password and show you how to log in and change your password.

This email address will support pop3, imap, and the webmail interface I installed.

After you set it up and change your password, here are settings for the iPhone:

Settings > Mail > Add Account > Other

Incoming/Outgoing Mail Server:
Host Name: mail.gladerebooted.org
User Name: user@gladerebooted.org
Your phone will try to connect using SSL but it wont work. Tell it to continue without.

Advanced Settings:
Deleted Mailbox > "On the Server" Trash

I found that if I didn't change the advanced delete settings on my phone, deletion didn't work correctly (at all). Your iPhone should now be good to go and will keep read/write/delete in sync with the server.

To access your account from Gmail:

• Go to Settings from your main Gmail screen.
• Go to the Accounts and Import tab.
• Under the "Check mail using POP3" section, click Add POP3 email account.
• In the new window that pops up, enter your email address "gladeuser@gladerebooted.org" and click Next.
• For Username, enter "gladeuser@gladerebooted.org". Enter your email password in the Password field. Leave the POP Server and Port settings. Do not select to use a secure connection. The other fields you can customize as you wish. Click Add Account.

You may be prompted to ask if you want to be able to send mail as gladeuser@gladerebooted.org.

• If you want to do this, select Yes and click Next Step.
• Change the display name if you wish, then click Next Step.
• At this point, you can choose to send through Gmail or use an SMTP server.
• If you wish to use an SMTP server, use the following settings
  
  • SMTP Server: mail.gladerebooted.org
  • Port: 25
  • Username: gladeuser@gladerebooted.org
  • Password: Your email password
• Do not select to use SSL.
• Click Add Account
• You will now be asked to verify that you own the email address. Click Send Verification to have Gmail send an email to gladeuser@gladerebooted.org.
• Once you receive the mail, click on the link or paste the confirmation number into the Gmail form.
