The Glade 4.0

My roommate has an Onkyo TX-SR606 AV Receiver which has at least 10 input channels, four of which support HDMI. It has multi-zone (2) functionality. Is there a way to play an audio and video from two different sources? I am not real familiar with AV stuff outside of mobile PA equipment. Any tips would be good, my google search-fu didn't turn up anything really relevant since I'm guessing this is something that people who don't know how to do it don't ask and people that want to do it already know.

You mean video from DVD a and audio from cd b, or different sources in different zones?

The first is easy enough - select your video source, then switch to cd

Well, the first is only easy if you're not routing the video through the receiver.

No, on my 875 selecting a video input followed by non video takes the audio from input 2 but leaves the video from the first
