Evidently.. there is no Sleeper or any Guardians on Trakanon. This was discovered this morning and led to hilarious ***** in General about the merits of having him around, waking him, not waking him, killing him (supposedly now possible) if he is wakened, etc.

Some people claimed Mayong didn't have have him at launch so no biggie, and it remains to be seen if he'll be added.

It's been a week. People are ready to wake / not wake him already? How rude!

People are already raiding Anguish; Sleeper's Tomb is useless.

They won't put him in. They haven't for any of the other new servers, and they even artificially woke him on the few that hadn't (FV and one other) like 5 years ago.

So does this mean that a trip to Sleepers tomb is not worth doing? Will primal weapons not drop? How about spells?

Also, is there an auto attack button for archery?

You can still get primal weapons, or equivalent off some of the other ST mobs, IIRC.

I don't know what the real story is, or the status of the warders on Trakanon. I know at one point Nukle Up was farming the warders for fun and profit. Those guys have all left the server, and I haven't seen any of that loot in the bazaar or in general, so I don't think there is much (if any) farming going on now.

What level should we be to try it out?

We can give it a shot any time and see how it goes.

There's a good reason why he isn't sleeping anymore and that's because he was the end boss of the SoF expansion.

Sure it is. Wouldn't make much sense to have him sleeping in one zone and awake in another.

I don't see any problem with that. He only gets woken once. It would make more sense to not put him in for SoF for servers that didn't wake him yet.

Mobs die and re-spawn all the time, including end-game bosses. Verant/SoE have always found a way to explain it away. No reason they couldn't do it in this case.
