2 years of no exercise and a nice new girl with home cooking.

Started running again. Small distances. 2-3 miles a day.

10 min miles.

I got slow.

And fat.

Not looking forward to starting the weights again ;-p

Just put on the pony outfit and have her ride you around. Spice up the exercise and you both could have some fun.

Kidding, but do what you need to Suineko, you'll be happier down the road.

Hah. Yeah been there. In fact I'm there now for the fat part, strong but fat ;)

It hurts at first but it comes back quicker than you might expect. At least that's been my experience.

Do it!

It does come back, but I beg to differ about the faster than you think part.

Some said weighted squats and lunges were good fat burners.

I still do the treadmill at the gym and hit the weight machines. But with winter coming on, I will need to think of indoor exercises when the weather outside is frightful.

And knowing is half the battle.
