FYI---We had our first guests over today for lunch after church (my inlaws) and I had 30 minutes to straighten up the house, wash the dishes and cook something, haha!
Well, my husband and the kids straightened up and I doubled the recipe and made the Sante Fe Soup and served it with tortilla chips. They loved it!
My mother in law brought a yummy pecan encrusted peach cobbler for dessert, and we had sweet tea that my husband made and the coolest fruit ice cubes that the girls made the day before.
