So I don't typically drink milk just by itself. In addition, I live by myself. Due to this I don't go through milk that fast. Plus I don't like going to the grocery store more than a few times a month if I can help it.

All of these facts mean that I'd end up throwing a quarter to half of the container of milk out, and I never had milk when I needed it. So on a whim I decided to try almond milk. It was then that I noticed the "best if used by" date was two freaking months away. Now I have milk when I need it and I don't have to throw milk away any more.

I've drank almond milk for a while. It is a bit rich tasting. Then I found Almond Breeze which is part coconut milk and part almond milk. Nomnomnom

I thought for the longest time that dairy milk was causing some intestinal problems, so I laid off of it. I still cooked with it, but for pure milky needs I switched to soy milk for a while. I got really burned out on it, and tried almond milk, which I hated. So I went back to soy milk.

Then I decided to give vanilla almond milk a go, and loved it. When I got tired of it, I switched over to rice milk for a bit (good, but grainy), and tried coconut milk, which I hated (but then, I don't like coconuts in general). I've since switched back to dairy milk (shockingly, Great Value brand organic whole milk? Best milk I've ever tasted in my life. Yes, the Walmart brand. Utterly delicious.).
