No it hasn't. It only raises wages on paper because the average wage for legal workers now doesn't include the minimum wage jobs now being done by illegals for even less. The people that held those jobs, or would ahve held them aren't counted because they aren't now workers, and the illegals are not counted because its illegal to employ them so their income isn't reported.
