"Mild sauce right?"
"No. Hot sauce."
*grabs the sauce packets and puts them in the bag*
I pull away and stop and check. Mild sauce. Backup.
"Could I get hot sauce instead of mild?"

Now I'm at home and check my order and its completely wrong.

Inferno sauce is teh bomb though.

I miss Del Taco...

I hated their ads a while ago - especially the one where the hockey guy was pummeling some guy's face, and they characterized it as "hamburger." Yeah, I don't need to eat that.

Remember the "Large orange soda" ad? That's me. I'd say, on average, 50% of the time I don't get the correct order. When I do, I'm just (sadly) **** ecstatic. Like I figured out the key to life or something.

I make it a practice to not leave their effing parking lots until I make sure my order is right. If they are not super busy.. I will sit right at the window and have the order checked by the passenger.

Never EVER leave the drive-thru window without checking your order, I don't care where you are or how busy they are! I have been burned enough times to learn that lesson! Although, I don't go to fast food joints any more unless I'm on a long road trip and need food now (as in "going to pass out while driving if I dont eat" kind of now). I'm trying to get off the fricking meds, not add more to the cocktail!

Just don't go to the **** drive thru unless the inside is closed. It almost never saves any time and they **** it all up even when you order something basic like a value meal right off the damn menu.

Drive thrus suck **** right out of my *******. They can **** off and die.
