Which do you prefer?
3 day work week, 12.5 hour days. 7a-7:30p Su, M, T 42%  42%  [ 13 ]
4 day work week, 10 hour days. 7a-5p Su, M, T, W 42%  42%  [ 13 ]
5 day work week, 8 hour days. 7a-3p Su, M, T, W, Th 16%  16%  [ 5 ]

I would give up my current shift for any of the above! I love my 4 x 10's but with the hours I have Sunday-Wednesday 12:00pm - 11pm 42.5 hour work weeks 1 hour lunches, still have 1 day gotta come in at 11:30. I can do absolutely nothing on my work days.

Having, Thursday, Friday, Saturday off is pure heaven though!

I voted for the 3 x 12.5 schedule. I've done the 7 x 12.5 work/off, and it sucked balls.......too much, too long. But 3 days of it, with 4 off....that might be a perfect schedule. Especially if you don't have too much on your plate to attend after hours.
