I am having a hard time copying songs to my new iPod nano, I think it's because iTunes sucks. I found one called CopyTransManager, but it doesn't support my iPod Nano 3G. $%#! I just want to move my song, which I own and ripped to a HD on to my freaking MP3 player...

Any suggestions?

It's never given me any problems and I have unencrypted mp3s from various sources.

I've had success with WinAmp.

I would check out Sharepod. I no longer use it as it didn't support the iPod Touch when it first came out, so I caved in and installed iTunes. But it looks like it now supports all modern iPods. It's free, very lightweight (just an exe, no installation), and doesn't mess around.

I can't exactly vouch for its features though, as like I said, I no longer use it. But now that I've written this post, I'm going to go try it out again. **** iTunes, worst software ever. I've just been only updating my iPod once every 3 or 4 months to avoid having to use that monstrosity.

Have you tried Songbird? It doesn't work with the iPod Touch/iPhone, but I think it supports all iPod Nanos (see this).
