I need Fear too at this point. We need to bust in there and go buck wild this time.

I got my guk robe, so i've moved on to other spawns. I did all of the test of enlightment subset except for Cazael and his spoon, but I think tracking support might be good for that.

I was in Kaesora trying to get the right librarian to spawn the other day, so I could charm it and force feed it diamond.

Thanks to help from Zyerne and Tobiathar, Faydedar died on Saturday, and Goji is now in possession of her Nature Walker's Scimitar.

Thanks to everyone who helped along the way.

Kimo, my Midget Height Challenged Hawaiian Berserker is level 56 as of Sunday morning. I took a break from leveling to start on his epic Sunday afternoon. He's currently one step away from needing that damnable Imp from Plane of Fear.

The Imp can spawn from the death of any scareling, so I think I'll just zone my box group in and clear a spot to pull scarelings to until he spawns. I'll spare all of you the pain of having to deal with that encounter again (unless of course you like that sort of self inflicted pain, in which case you are welcome to attend).

I think Zyerne (and grouse?) does as well, but unless your mobs are up on tracking, I don't see any point in dragging you guys in there... =(

Thanks to help from Zyerne, Kimo the Height Challenged Hawaiian Berserker now has his Burning Essence of Rage from the Ireblind Imp on Plane of Fear. Well on his way to having his Epic Axe.

We also killed Terror, but he did not drop the item Zyerne needed.

The Wraith of a Shissar was up when we zoned in, but Tobiathar had logged of. Another enchanter killed him while we were there at about 8PM or so (Pacific). Not sure what his respawn time is.

I'll zone Goji in and periodically check tracking to see when the golems or Wraith are on track.

Thanks again to Zyerne for hanging out for that horrific mez fest with Ireblind Imp....

Thanks to help from McDuff and Zyerne, Kimo the Height Challenged Hawaiian Berserker has his Kerasian Axe of Ire.

The last fight took three tries (at 1000p per try to spawn the quest NPC), namely because I was trying to 3box, and the encounter consisted of chasing a bunch of goblins up and down a river valley, which isn't exactly much fun with 3 toons... especially with each encounter has to be over in 1 minute. With McDuffs help we finally managed to beat the timers and kill the last mob.

Thanks everyone who helped out. =)

Fear was cleared tonight. Goji and I went for a look around. Picked up a Tear. Picked up a rotting SK sword. Tell me of MQ DE.

Just to clarify.. WE didn't clear fear, someone else did. :)

They were nice enough to leave two iksar broodlings up, and left the SK epic drop item (sword) rotting on Fright.

Mcduff looted it in the hopes that it can be MQ'd, and he also has the Child's Tear now, so no worries about having to deal with True Spirit faction to MQ it for him.

It looks like Soul leech goes to Duriek Bloodpool in Paineel. He is on True Spirit faction, so I am assuming the MQ will not be an issue as long as we do it before I complete Epic. The final turn in for Shaman nukes TS faction I understand. Apparently only Indifferent TS faction is needed.

That, and from what I recall the sword turnins can be done invis, so faction doesn't matter.

You just open the trade window, and then use an instant invis or invis to undead potion- or get someone else to invis you while the trade window is open. /con to make sure you're indifferent, and then hit trade.

Evilgamer has an excellent writeup for the SK 1.0, I cut and pasted the relevant section on MQing:

Quote:
Multiquesting!

Also, to Multiquest any of the multiple (hence multi) part turn ins, make sure the person is indifferent or above to Truespirit. If not, or even if they are KOS, you are still good. Just have them do the invis turn in like you would do,but before you. Here's an example involving 3 people. You: Ghoulbane. 2nd Person: Soul Leech/Blade of Abrogation. 3rd person: Decrepit Sheath. The 2nd and 3rd person would complete the INVIS turn ins, and then you would do the Ghoulbane last with invis.

KOS To Truespirit Multiquesting

Now if the person is KOS they can still help. You will need another person with invis to do this. First they will be invis and be right on the Quest giver, so creating a trade window will be easier. Second, they will need to put the item on their cursor and move their buff window onto the mob so they can click off invis and then click on the Quest giver to initiate the trade window. Have the 3rd person call out the split second before Invis lands on the KOS person, this is when the KOS person clicks off their invis and clicks on the Quest giver, therefore starting trade and getting an invis before the mob can react. This will bring their faction to Indifferent, hooray.

Thanks for grabbing it!

I'm pretty sure it can be MQ'd. You'd turn it in and then I'd turn in the other 3 things. It only requires Indifferent TS faction.

When's good for you?

And, for the Epic 1.0 Trifecta!

Kirah now has Ragebringer =)

So what's the deal with the epic ornaments? are those in the game yet? Just curious if they are quested or how you go about getting them. I'd like to do it on the druid.

They aren't in the game yet, but are supposed to be released by the end of the year. They weren't quite finished by the end of Beta.

They are quested, in the sense that once you complete the quest once, it flags you to request an unlimited number of augments for any epic you have completed (1.0, 1.5 and 2.0).

The quests are supposed to scale by level, and are based out of the Library in the new House of Thule, from what I recall.

Ragebringer isn't that difficult.. maybe the easiest of all of the epics. The hardest fight is killing the General V`Ghera in Kithicor. I've done that quite a few times helping others, so I knew a few tricks. I basically just thinned out the camp using harmony and train splitting until there was only one DE left.. handed her the box and spawned the general. Had no trouble killing them.

Unfortunately he didn't drop Cazic Quill, which is needed for the last turn in, so I had to do the sub quest get the four robes. Fortunately the kedge and ishva robes both dropped from the same DE that I did the turn in to, so that saved me from having to do long camps in Lower Guk and Splitpaw. Was able to kill Yendar Starpyre in Steamfont who dropped the SMR, and the oracle that drops the 4th robe was up in OOT, and I had no problem with him. Vilnius the Small didn't spawn for me for a few game days for some reason. That cost me a few hours. Once he spawned I got the Quill and went to High Pass for the final turn in.

The longest part of the quest was pickpocketing notes from the guild masters in Kaladim and Neriak 3rd gate. I got really lucky on the Neriak pick. Only took about 20 minutes. Spent a couple of frustrating hours trying to pick the one in Kaladim though.

I get to do half of it again for the half-elf illusion mask quest. Think I'll take a break from it for a bit though. Going to work on her poison making first I think. I found a 1-276 at one merchant guide at Safehouse.
All in all, it was pretty easy compared to most. I'd say even the druids was harder just for having so many underwater rare mob camps, which annoy me to no end.
