I have to admit, I was a bit disappionted. When my coworker told me "11 stories and 97 feet tall," I hadn't pictured a ground floor. So, to me, it's more like a house built around a tree than a treehouse.

I hope that kid's house is nicer than his tree-house. It'd be a real shame if it were the other way 'round :)
