That's the toughest boss in WoW.

Unbelievable moment: During that Herald of the Titans fight, one of our tanks healed himself with Death Strike for exactly 31337.

I can't argue with that.

Ah, yeah that makes it really tough. It's a very complex fight, so group coheision is paramount so that everyone knows not only what they need to do, but knows what the others are going to do.

I'm looking forward most to the Wargen race, tbh.

I've always wanted EQ to make the Gnolls a playable race (or some form of playable dogmen) but they never would.

I resubbed yesterday in the airport due to boredom, but don't think I'll be able to play tonight as the update is taking to long to download on my net. What I did see looks good though! Going to be awhile to re-setup my UI though too, blech

The new intro was awesome.

I am almost done with that title... I need the some undead key still.

Hardest goal to achieve in WoW: cleaned out banks/inventories on all chars in preparation for Cata.



Spent so many hours already and only got 2 chars prepared! Though one was my main and that took by far the most effort. Friggin bags/banks in WoW aren't nearly big enough! N..not for packrat Druids who play many specs, at any rate.

As last goal before Cataclysm, we got HLK10 down tonight... here is the highlight of the evening, AKA "When Soothe goes bad!"

I'm beginning to think I should start worrying about this whole plan of giving Druids Soothe and expecting us to use it in Cata... 0 hit rating does not work well at all.

So is there a way to pre-download Catacylsm? I guess it releases next week and I'd like to start the download now due to my net connection.

Also, what has everyone been doing to kill the time before expac since 4.0 released?

You have 90% of it if you patched 4.0.3. You can download the remaining gig if you do the digital pre-order.

For this last week...

Cooking dailies. Although this expansion's server first max skill cook is going to be a complete joke, I started on this path before knowing that so I'm gonna finish it. Hopefully first. But it's going to be so luck of the draw between a million people... pretty sure most every server will have a 525 skill cook within 2 minutes of Cata going live.

Starting my Gnome Priest! He is to level with a friend of mine who is rolling Worgen, but I want to get him set up and whatever level he needs to be to stay equal with that Worgen. They have their own starting zone that I believe outsiders can't get into like DKs, so I need to pre-catch up!

I think there's another heroic Halion 10 raid scheduled sometime this week too to get some more people the achievement, too.

Trying to tame King Krush on my hunter... I don't really have an option given my forum avatar...

But mostly it's Cooking dailies (10 a day ) and being sad at the state of Cata cooking. Schoolwork is going to keep me plenty busy enough. :p Blizzard releasing Cata concurrently with the very end of semesters in a million universities was an evil, evil thing which will impact GPAs!

Whats the deal with cooking in the expansion? Is it based purely on vendor bought items from the ribbons or something?
