I, Numbuk Q. Rangerfriend, have done something horrible. Something terrible. Something so God-awful that I almost can't bring myself to talk about it.

I, Numbuk "Winner of the Sexiest Ranger Contest Even After Sunmoon Padded the Votes in His Favor" Rangerfriend, have contributed to the Snuggie Corporation. That's right, I purchased a Snuggie.

And I must say, carrying that thing around the store to the check-out counter, I had never wished I had been carting around any other product. Tampons, adult diapers, erectile dysfunction pills.... ANYTHING but a Snuggie!

And if you thought that it couldn't get any worse, you'd be wrong. I had to go to a Wal-Mart to get it.

I scrub and I scrub.... but the dirt! It won't come off!

I bought a very similar almost identical product for a friend as a present last winter. She loves it. I bought it at Brookstone though nd the fabric is seriously better than Snuggies use.

I haven't seen any imitations, unfortunately. Target doesn't even carry snuggies or anything like them.

My wife has been cold this winter so I figured (rightly so) that this may be a decent purchase.

You must atone for these sins in some way, Numbuk.

Buying a Snuggie is barely a minor offense, but patronizing the One-Stop Satan Shoppe that is Wal-Mart?

Pleasing the wife in matters of keeping warm is a higher priority.

Walmart has a superstore five minutes away. Patronage is usually related to emergencies after normal store hours.

A) you lose man points for having a cold wife in the first place and B) if you got the cammo style you qualify for Jeff Foxworthy's "You may be a red-neck" award.

My sister got me a snuggie for Christmas... and a matching one for my dog... most awkward gift exchange ever.

My mom has one. I usually just use it like a blanket when it's conveniently left on the couch.

I've actually seen a tactical snuggie knockoff in ACO camo pattern. Please tell me you at least got the camo patten.

If not, simply accept your punishment. Shame on you! Shame! SHAME!!

If I heated the house to where she was comfortable, it would cost me well over 200 dollars a month in gas. She would hate me far more for that than being little chilly.

There was no camo pattern, but I honestly would have bought it if I had seen it. She really likes camouflage. I bought dark brown instead (another favorite color of hers).

Dark brown may qualify you for a 10% reduction in your "re-education" period.

I turned down a job as a part-time second job as a snuggie. Hours would have been too much for how far away it is.

I have a snuggie... I am gonna get the skull and crossbones snuggie too.

My daughter has a snuggie also.

When the SWMBO decides that 72 is a good temperature for the house... something to keep me warm is a good thing; especially when I am at my computer.

They are everywhere.

Simple steps for an imitation snuggie, take bathrobe off, turn around, put back on backwards, presto-chango, you have a an imitation snuggie ;)

If it makes you feel any better, Amdee was quite fond of hers, despite acknowledging the goofiness of it.

My MIL bought one for each of our kids. Our daughter doesn't really use it, but my son is way into it, for general use as a blanket, and as a prop for costuming. I have used it as a wizard's robe in our play-acting sessions.

I can honestly say I haven't tried it. I don't get as cold as my wife, and I have a very nice robe for when I do get cold. But the snuggie works great for the misses, as it covers her whole body. She loves it, especially now that she can play computer games and be warm at the same time.

How do you take a piss with a snuggie on? I don't get the appeal at all.
