I was 2 seconds late in submitting my final Project Assessment Memo for my Technical Writing class.

The time stamp said 12:00:01

Now... I can hope that he grades the assignment, but if he does not: I am unable to place the blame upon anyone but myself.

I feel your pain. This semester has been one long series of that for me. I'm putting in the effort but keep missing small procedural stuff that's screwing me.

I've found that taking responsibility and admitting my stupidity helps with obbtaining mercy.

Ran into a similar issue yesterday. Overlooked a step in an application process, and overshot the deadline by a few minutes while I filled it out.

You know....missing my deadline by 2 seconds and now risking not getting a grade is about the equivalent in "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" as Splashback.

You have the original comic that came out of? First time I ever saw it was the one in the random pics thread about tearing the edge off notebook paper.

Got an A in the class. I busted my *** this semester and finished this first semester with a 3.43 GPA
