Funny "Peculiar"? or funny "HAHA!" ?

Like more war? Or just include more folks in the current wars/police actions/tribal skirmishes etc that have been there forever? I'm not exactly going out on a limb here when I say these documents being released mean nothing to actual diplomatic or political relations around the world. I really doubt that nations are so ignorant as to think these things arent happening, esp at the high level of politics we are looking at. While to the layperson these things may seem unusual, to the folks who live in this world, I think it's the norm.

All it does is give other nations something to poke the US over while they scurry to make sure the documentation of how they are doing it is completely hidden.

Something tells me that it will not exactly be a huge shock to Shiite Persian Iranians who speak Farsi that Sunni Arab governments of countries who speak Arabic that those Arab countries were secretly hoping for the U.S. to eliminate Iran's nuclear program.
