Why wasn't this space craft mentioned at all in the previous two movies? Also, I was wondering why it seemed like it was going to be a prequel, but I went and read up about it and it isn't going to be...but that still doesn't explain why no one mentioned this at all before now.

I think it's because all michael bay transformers movies are written in drunken stupors on the back of bar napkins.

Actually, it's kind of like the Force in Star Wars, between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back. I remember sitting in the theater thinking, "Wow, they can move stuff with the Force?" That wasn't implied at all in the first movie, to my mind.

Ya know, I knew this was gonna happen. I wracked my brains for something in the first movie - a movie I saw in theaters 12 times - and couldn't think of anything. I guess that scene never connected as telekinesis, although it makes sense.

OK, thanks, back to Transformers.

You guys should read the script if you have time. If they stick to it, I think this might be my favorite Transformers movie.

I didn't pay close enough attention, but wasn't the crashed spaceship in the second movie on the moon?

Is that the basis for this movie?
