Is wrong that whenever I see a group of young black kids playing around that I automatically say to myself "WMD" "Pandemic"?

Yes, yes it is.

I'm so disappointed good things come to an end.

Seriously, The Wire has ruined me for regular TV. There's this new show on FOX that I kind of like, The Chicago Code. Good characters, like the pacing and the story. But I keep wanting...more...out of it because of watching The Wire.

I am truly, truly impressed with that show and very sad that it's done.

Chicago Code is solid, but from the pilot, I was hoping it would aspire to a bit more.

The ending seemed rather abrupt too. Things were not resolved to my satisfaction but I suppose the outcome was more similar to reality than I am used to in a drama.

I've been enjoying Detroit 187, but yeah, The Wire has surpassed The Shield as my baseline for cop show greatness.

Yeah I never thought I'd be upset about a drug dealer getting killed.
