You guys are over-reacting. A judge who rules in the same direction as public opinion should never be deported and have his assets taken away. At the very worst he should lose his seat on the bench.

Judges are not law-makers. If public opinion warrants it, change the law though... wait for it... the legislature.

Deportation to where? First and second-world countries would never agree to be our dumping ground, and deporting them to the third world with nothing is a death sentence.
