Yes, I can believe that if they just repealed the law, which is all the CBO is scoring, then the agencies and positions that were to manage this debacle would cost the US 220 Billion over 10 years.

However, if the law gets repealed, you can bet your Fannie Mae that the agencies put in place to support and manage it will face the axe as well.
