Ninjas. Because ninjas are only true if a non-sequitur. If ninjas made sense in context, then that means you are aware of them. If you are aware of them, they cannot be ninjas, by definition.

Thus, the only appropriate time for ninjas to be correct is if they're completely unrelated to the conversation.
