Heh, not any more.

Once, when really ticked, I swore in seven different languages in front of a group of people who all spoke at least two of the languages and covered all of them between them.

The Frenchman corrected my pronunciation, the rest just laughed at me losing my cool, I almost never did.

That did not help me regain my cool.

Not really, swearing seems to really rub certain people the wrong way so I've tried to develop some impulse control around it.

Sometimes a good blue streak is cathartic. Another method I've used before is music. Angry music that channels the pissed off feelings you're having. Usually requires that you enjoy metal, but here are a couple I recommend:

Pantera - **** Hostile

Megadeth - Liar

Slipknot - Duality

Suicidal Tendencies - Institutionalized
