A meaningful "Damn". Asking the Almighty to condemn someone to eternal torment seem worse to me than a race/gender/sexual orientation/religious preference/whatever slur. Even if you don't believe in any Almighty, the fact that someone who does would want you to forever burn should at least give you pause. Of course, the vast majority of the word's use is more casual than meaningful, so the word itself isn't any more of a gold standard of awfulness than the other two popular choices.

Have you seen the ball of whirling, clawed death that is a frightened or threatened cat?

Hmm, I guess maybe I'm thinking more of a cornered cat, or one being restrained from running away and their efforts to break the restraint. That's a good point, I suppose.

I don't worry about which word is the worst, it is going to be different for different people. I try not to use the bad ones.
