This movie will, sadly, go unwatched by most of us. (I would never have noticed it except it was recommended to me by a friend.)

Best movie of 2010, by far. Wonderful script, outstanding acting performances by everyone involved. The fact that it's a true story just makes it better. Glad the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has noticed it (to the tune of 12 nominations).

I thought it would be boring. I was pleasantly surprised. Not my type of movie, but I still loved it.

Cool, I've been thinking about seeing this. I've always enjoyed Colin Firth.

Firth is great.

Geoffrey Rush is incredible (but when is he not?)

Helena Bonham-Carter and Guy Pierce are both perfect in their roles, as well.

Hmm. Guy Pearce, huh? I may have to watch this sooner than I anticipated. He hasn't been getting much of note, lately, despite being quite awesome.

Guy's acting for the part is great. The man he plays --King Edward VIII-- is less than impressive, but that's just history.

Of course, King Edward VIII (and his abdication) was responsible for the very first "Time Woman of the Year," thanks to Wallis Simpson.

Better than Inception by far?

Entirely different type of movie. I'd say yes, but I don't like the type of gimmicks that go into "****" movies like Inception.

I loved this movie.

FYI: My daughter noticed 3 actors from the Harry Potter series. I noticed 3 actors from the A&E's Pride and Prejudice. Can you figure out who they are?

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest Colin Firth for one. :p

As for Harry Potter, obviously Helena Bonham Carter and Michael Gambon.

LK and I were going to see it but I talked her into True Grit instead. I still want to see it.

I'd like to see it, but Phe's not interested, so it'll be a rental.

Serious doubts it'll top True Grit as my film of the year, though.

Hard to say. I enjoyed True Grit, but wasn't completely wowed by it. (The girl's performance was unbelievable...especially as she was actually only 12 during the filming of the movie.)

I would never have picked this movie to see either...but Taly, I have loved everything you recommended so far, so I'm going to see it tomorrow.
