Lots of good info about the combat system in this thread. It should only show the dev posts, but they quote the question in their replies. A lot of repeat answers because people don't know how to read through a **** thread before asking their questions, though.

Really don't have much interest in this one after the debacle of the first game. I think Bioware has failed to evolve as a game designer.

Replay it and pay attention to the pacing of the game. It simply just ... disappears. I thought the first bit about the treaties was fantastic until that WAS the game.

All they have said is that they are evaluating if they can update the modding tools without too much of a headache. If they can, they will. But they haven't said a straight up yes or no.

Meh. Serious. Bioware has been leaning in the hype generated by leaking "shocking" details of their fanservice "risque" romance cutscenes instead of writing quality storylines for their games, lately.

It's lazy, incentive, and honestly a pretty insulting (if apparently successful) stereotype of their target market.

Omg, there's a lesbian sex scene option! Omg, there's a lesbian alien sex scene option! Omg, there's oral, now!

Really, Bioware? Why don't you just throw "sex fantasy cutscene" on the box as a game feature?

Umm, there was an implied BJ in the first one, too. In the Arl of Denerim mission, where you rescue the queen, you can walk in on one of the guards getting a BJ from a servant girl.

Also, in an interview I saw with the lead developer, he said they were moving away from the sex scenes like the first one and moving more towards "implied," as in "scene fading to black and leaving it to the imagination." At least, that was the impression that I got.
