I'm in no way blaming the minority for the problem. I'm blaming the people who screamed for the 'betterment' of minorities as the problem :twisted: . They made those who could not afford, think and dream that they could. Humans want to believe, I don't blame anyone for being human.

The market doesn't need regulation. It regulates itself. Poorly structured financial products fail, because they are poorly structured. Anyone dumb enough to invest in such a way also gets to lose their money.

It's only when they are disincentivized from making good decisions and avoiding bad investments (through things such as bailouts, FDIC and artificially low central lending rates) that the market cannot function.

What about this idea is so complicated?
