I'm really amazed at all of the stuff that's come out for the Kinect. Too bad none of it is on the 360

It will be eventually when it's not just experimental. Maybe not on the 360 but the next-gen consoles. There's clearly a large demand for these apps, but of course they have to be refined before being released.

However, I do see the issue that you can download user-created mods for PC games really easily but not for consoles such as the 360.
