Yeah, I've kinda been avoiding that issue.

I'd say "Go Yanks!", but they still have to win one. I'll be patient.

Go Phillies! Beat the Yanks! If you don't, I'll need to cry, especially if A-Rod comes up with another clutch homer.

Or, maybe he gets jammed in the bottom of the ninth in a tie, Game 7, two out and the bases loaded. A weak line drive, tips off of Rollins' glove, winning run scores.

I'd smile.

Good luck getting past the Angels first! I thought it was automatic, but after the last game I'm not so certain anymore. If the Angels wins, then I will not be rooting for the Phillies any longer.

Yeah, I live 40 miles north of Anaheim (even went to an Angels (Yanks) game this year), and just never really picked up on how scrappy they can be. Should never have let this series get back to NY.

I think a lot of people thought it was automatic, at this point, and I'm sure that's giving the Angels some incentive.

If the Angels can win tonight and force game 7, the real winner is the Phillies. Whoever they face is going to have their pitching in disarray for Wednesday's game 1. :p So long as their week off doesn't get them rusty (and it didn't particularly do so last year when they also had a week off) it will put a nice boost in the Phillies' odds to repeat.

And c'mon, how many of you guys can actually root for the Yankees of all people...!

I'm rooting for the Angels to win tonight.

Don't give a dang about the team and I do not hate the Yankees. The Angels winning tonight means there will be a seventh game. More baseball to be had for all, and everybody focused on just one game, and then the World Series.

In my opinion, the World Series is always more interesting without the Yankees because we already know all about the Yankees. But hey, if they win, they're in, and good luck to them.

Play Ball.

What a great series. Even *I* was kind of hoping for a game 7.

Now I'd just love to see Jeter, Jorge & Rivera get one more championship for their careers.

Aw man, I jinxed em!

Ah well, I can't complain too much about having a series on even footing I suppose.

Still don't want to lose to the evil empire though. :( Angels would've been much more preferable!

Go Phils! I can't believe I just said that, but it's all I have left to look forward to. If the Yankees win, as I said before, I just pray it isn't on an A-Rod homerun in Game 7 or something equally clutch. I can even live with Jeter doing it. But please not A-Rod.

I agree ... and I'm rooting for the Yanks. Guess I'm supposed to like him, but A-Rod just does nothing for me.

One more World Series win for Jeets would be cool.

Unbe-LEE-vable! 8-)

10 Ks and kept the 3-4-5 batters to a combined 1 for 12. That and he fielded a ball behind his back.

I hope Pedro is as stellar tonight. I'd love to have them come back home with 2 wins under their belts.

Man, that was just a masterful performance, on both sides of the ball. I called it a "nice dismantling" in my congratulatory message to the one Phils fan I know out here.

Yankees mystique has to count for something. Let's see Pedro get hammered tonight. :)

Going to be tough to make a comeback, but I can have faith.

Lee came through again and Chase was amazing.

Back to the Bronx we go for Game 6.

Go Phils.

Chase "Mr. November" Utley. Unbelievable.

Next game (or 2?!) should be pretty good. It's been a fun series to watch so far.

As a Yankee's fan, I'm starting to get the feeling the decision to pitch everyone on 3 days rest is going to hand the series to the Phils.

Yeah, pitching one or two guys - your ace, maybe - can work out, but not everyone can do that. Heck, most aces can't, but the Yankees have enough pop in the lineup to cover up for a poor performance. So far, at least.

Very fun to watch, kinda wish it had gone seven so I have one less day of baseball withdrawal to go through.

Hats off to the Phils. Wish Utley could have gotten another homer, even in defeat.
