See the red in Louisiana? That means more men in that area used the word spanking in their profile (though, even with 19,000,000 profiles, it is hard not to wonder how many profiles for that area were found.)

Are you including women who want to be the spanker not the spankee? I know as many men who like to be spanked as I do women... though I won't rule out bias in that men who are willing to discuss their bedroom habits with me are likely to be both open minded and somewhat submissive.

I'm convinced this is an artifact of Congressional district rigging in some fashion. It probably follows some Appalachian ridge, and is a county consisting of 12 people, 2 of which have a dating profile on whatever site(s) were used.
