So when did pole dancing get so popular? Looking at some of the various video sites they seem to be everywhere. Although there are some interesting ones like this: http://www.break.com/index/harry-potter-pole-dance.html or this http://www.break.com/index/hot-chick-is-a-pole-dancing-ninja (No nudity in either one just scantily clad so semi SFW)

I keep hearing about pole dancing classes, pole dancing for Jesus I wouldn't be surprised to see the pole dancing secrets of Amish women coming out soon.

I hear it's great exercise (which I don't doubt). Women go nuts for new exercise crazes.

From what I hear (from some women I've talked to) you get a good workout and once you know what you're doing you feel very sexy doing it. win win

My ex was always in extremely good shape with really good muscle tone and I know she didn't get it from sitting around my house all day drinking.

Wonder how much it costs to have a pole installed.

I did 1 class, lots of bruises and annoying sticky stuff... staying on a pole is hard work!

I wasn't happy with the bruises and the falling down and the broken nail >.<

Most likely chalk or rosin, to keep the grip on the pole.

Sometimes I think I know too much to have a truly effective dirty mind.

Even when I was a stripper I pretty much ignored the pole... I don't intend to start messing with it now.
