What do you do with the plants? Well, you could take and put a stake at both ends of the row, take twine/string and go from one pole to the other, weaving it back and forth thru the plants. Repeat higher or lower, until you have support for the entire plant(s).
Also, week mat or even plain black garbage bags at the bottom around the Earth keeps in moisture and keeps out weeds.
If you are talking about the actual bounty.....be happy? Tomato sammiches are always a welcome site. If you have a huge amount, can some for winter.
There is an easy way to do this.....sterilize jars, stew tomatoes, heat lids in water. Place a clean, dry jar on a dry towel in the microwave and heat for 20? seconds (depending on your microwave's ability). This will heat the jar a lot, so remove carefully. Spoon in tomatoes, add a large pinch of salt, place heated lid on jar and let cool/seal. You now have canned tomatoes
Hope you fare well with the plants. I have had many years where I fought blossom rot, bugs, diseases, etc. I once lost 80 plants in a season.
